How does it work?

1. Receive

Receive your order as usual. Remove the content from the cooler and store the box in a safe place until your next delivery.

2. Return

On the morning of delivery, place the cooler at the usual delivery location.

FAQ

In the Delivery address section in your Profile, please enter a new address (even if it remains the same) to add a delivery note.

Yes, we will reuse them to extend their lifetime.

Coolers and gel packs are disinfected according to rigorous food standards every time they are collected.

Yes. To return to a cardboard box free of charge, contact our Customer Service.

Keep it in a safe spot, the next delivery person will pick up your coolers the following week.

Our team will contact you via email to follow up and arrange a pickup. After 4 attempts, a $30 charge will be made to your credit card. You’ll obviously be refunded if the cooler is returned to us.

If your order is stolen, you’ll be reimbursed and will not have to pay the $30 fee. For more information, please consult our Terms and Conditions.

To minimize theft, we recommend that you include delivery instructions for your order in your Customer dashboard (e.g. hide the box under my balcony).
