with boston lettuce salad and yogurt sauce

1. Setup Chop the garlic, the parsley and half of the onion. Cut the lemon in half. Cut the lettuce into pieces. Slice the cucumbers, the radishes and the rest of the onion. Cut the pitas in half.
2. Make the beef mixture In a bowl, combine the ground beef, the garlic, the parsley, the chopped onions, the spices and half of the pomegranate molasses.
3. Cook the pitas Distribute the beef mixture among the pitas and flatten them well. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add drizzle of olive oil. Cook the pitas 2-3 minutes on each side.
4. Make the sauce In a bowl, combine the yogurt with the juice of half a lemon, a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
5. Make the salad In a bowl, combine the rest of the pomegranate molasses, the juice of half a lemon and a drizzle of olive oil. In a bowl combine the boston lettuce, the cucumbers, the onion slices and the radishes and the pomegranate molasses sauce.
6. Plate your dish Serve the pita arayes with the salad and the yogurt sauce. Bon appétit!
