Bacon and Brussel Sprouts Frittata

with grana padano cheese and caramelized onions

1. Setup Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cut the brussels sprouts in half. Slice the onion, Chop the garlic. On a separate board, cut the bacon into pieces.
2. Cook the bacon In an oven-safe pan, over medium-high heat, cook the bacon for 4-5 minutes or until crisp. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook the brussel sprouts In the same pan, add the brussels sprouts and cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
4. Assemble In the same pan, over medium heat, add about a tbsp of butter and the onions. Cook for 6-7 minutes or until lightly caramelized. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the eggs, with 120 2P | 180 3P ml of milk, half of the parmesan and the maple syrup. Add the bacon, the brussels sprouts and the garlic to the same pan and mix well. Add the egg mixture and let it cook for 1 minute.
5. Cook in the oven Garnish with the rest of the parmesan. Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
6. Plate your dish Toast the slices of bread, if desired. It can be fun to cut bread into sticks for dipping. Serve the frittata with the bread. Bon appétit!
