Balsamic and Grana Padano Sausages

with vegetables and thyme

1. Adjust the steps of the recipe for your children Children can let their imaginations run wild by placing the vegetables on the sheet pan, they will be eager to taste their creation.
2. Setup Preheat the oven to 400°F. Thinly slice the zucchini(s) and the sweet potatoes. Cut the bell pepper into cubes. Mix 3 tbs of oil with 2 tbs of balsamic vinegar.
3. Cook in the oven Cover a sheet pan with baking paper. Put the vegetables and the sausages on the pan. Mix with the balsamic dressing and half of the thyme. Add salt and pepper. Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through. Flip Halfway through cooking.
4. Plate your dish Serve and garnish with the rest of the thyme and the Grana Padano. Bon appétit!
