1. SetupBring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Thinly slice the lettuce. Chop the shallot. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
2. Cook the pastaCook the pasta in the boiling water for 8-10 minutes until tender. Add the green peas2 minutes before the pasta are done cooking. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool the pasta.
3. Cook the baconHeat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the bacon5-7 minutes until crispy. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel.
4. Plate your dishMix the pasta with the bacon, the spices to taste(Spicy, to taste) and all the other ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can also let the children help themselves to their fill to develop their autonomy. Bon appétit!
