1. Setup
Chop the garlic and the parsley. Cut the broccoli into pieces.
2. Cook the pasta and the broccoli
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta 8-10 minutes until tender. 3-4 minutes before the end, add the broccolis. Drain and set aside.
3. Make the sauce
In a pot or a pan, melt 2 2P | 3 3P tbsp of butter. Add the flour and the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the milk and bring to a boil. Add the cheese and mix well. Salt and pepper.
4. Cook the shrimp
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the shrimp and the spice blend, to taste
Cook 4-5 minutes.
5. Assemble
In the pot, combine the macaroni, the broccolis and the cheese sauce.
6. Plate your dish
Serve the macaroni and garnish with the shrimp and the parsley. Bon appétit!
