Cod Tostadas

with coleslaw and yogourt sauce

1. Cook the fish Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spread the cod fillets on a baking sheet. Add the spices and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Once cooked, break into pieces.
2. Setup Chop the pickled jalapenos and cilantro. Cut the lime in half. Slice the radishes.
3. Make the tostatas Spread the corn tortillas on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, on both sides, and bake for 6-8 minutes.
4. Make the sauce In a bowl, combine the yogurt, the mayonnaise, the pickled jalapeños, to taste (caution! spicy), the cilantro and the juice of half a lime. Mix well.
5. Make the coleslaw In a bowl, mix the cabbage with 1 tbsp of the sauce.
6. Plate your dish Garnish the tostadas with the coleslaw, the cod, the radishes, the sauce and the crumbled feta. Bon appétit!
