Beef Imperial Rolls

with sweet chili sauce and a crunchy bell pepper coleslaw

1. Setup Preheat the oven to 425°F. Chop the garlic, the yellow onion and the green onions. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips. Separate the cilantro leaves from their stems. Cut the carrot into very small cubes.
2. Make the beef mixture In a bowl, combine the ground beef, the yellow onion, the carrots, the garlic and the sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Assemble the roll Place the roll sheets on a work surface, with the bottom corner facing you. Add 2 spoonfuls of the beef mixture, at the bottom of the sheet. Start by rolling the bottom corner over the filling, then fold the two sides over and finally roll and close the roll. Apply a little water with your fingers to the edge of the sheet and stick it well to close the roll.
4. Cook in the oven On a baking sheet, drizzled with olive oil, spread the rolls. Brush the rolls with a little more olive oil. Cook in the oven for 18-20 minutes, turning them halfway through.
5. Make the slaw In a bowl, combine the green cabbage, the pepper, the cilantro leaves and the green onions. Add 1 2P | 2 3P tsp. of sugar, 1 2P | 2 3P tbsp. of rice vinegar or cider vinegar and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Plate your dish Serve rolls with the sauce and the coleslaw. Bon appétit!
