Greek style shrimp in tomato sauce

with feta, dill, oregano and a green bean orzo

1. Cook the orzo Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the orzo for 4-5 minutes. Cut the beans into small pieces and add the beans and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the orzo is tender. Drain. Mix with a drizzle of oil or 1 tbsp of butter, the juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper. Keep warm.
2. Setup Meanwhile, chop the dill. Drain the shrimp.
3. Cook the sauce In a big pan, add the diced tomatoes, oregano, 1 tbsp of butter, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp of sugar (to reduce the acidity of tomatoes) and 1/3 2P | 1/2 3P cup of water. Bring to a boil and simmer 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the shrimp Add the shrimp to the sauce and cook for 6-7 minutes over medium heat until the shrimp are cooked through.
5. Plate your dish Serve the shrimp topped with crumbled feta, dill and lemon juice to taste. Serve with the orzo. To help developing your kids' autonomy, place everything in the middle of the table and let everyone serve themselves. Bon appétit!
