Ham and Cheese Stromboli

with arugula, tomato and pesto mayonnaise

1. Setup Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cut the tomato into cubes.
2. Roll the dough Roll the pizza dough with the flour to the desired thickness. Make one big rectangular pizza.
3. Garnish the dough Top the pizza dough with the ham, cheese, tomato and arugula. Add salt and pepper the tomatoes. For 4 portions, make 2 large pizzas.
4. Cook the stromboli Roll the dough into a long log. Brush the dough with oil and garnish with the spices. Place the log on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for 16-20 minutes until browned. If desired, broil for 2-3 minutes for a more colored dough.
5. Make the sauce In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the pesto.
6. Plate your dish Slice the log into pieces. Serve with the pesto mayonnaise. Bon appétit!
