Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip

1. Adjust the steps of the recipe for your children To add a fun twist, you can let the kids get creative and create funny faces with the vegetables in their plate! It's a good opportunity to remind them to only pick as much as they can eat, and if they're still hungry, they can create another plate afterwards.
2. Setup Preheat the oven to 400˚ F. Separate the lettuce leaves from the head. Cut the pitas into pieces. Peel and cut the carrots into strips. Grate the zucchini. Finely chop the garlic, artichokes and spinach.
3. Cook the dip In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, cheeses, garlic, spinach, zucchini and artichokes. Pour the mixture in a baking dish and cook in the oven for 15-18 minutes.
4. Grill the pitas Place the pitas on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 5 minutes.
5. Plate your dish Serve the dip with the carrots, the lettuce leaves and the pitas. Bon appétit!
