1. SetupPreheat the oven to 400°F. Peel and thinly slice the sweet potatoes. Zest the lemon. Chop the dill. Cut the broccoli into small pieces.
2. Cook in the ovenPut the sweet potatoes on a sheet pan lined with baking paper. The sweet potatoes can overlap. Add a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. Cook in the oven for 6-8 minutes. Add the salmon, add salt and pepper and cook for another 6-8 minutes. Then, add the broccoli with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. Cook in the oven for 6-8 minutes.
3. Plate your dishServe everything with the yogourt, the zest and the dill. Depending on the children's preference, the sauce could be served on the side and used as a dip. Bon appétit!
