1. Setup Preheat the oven to 425 ° F. Chop the basil, the onion and the garlic. Reserve a few basil leaves for garnish if desired.
2. Cook the meatballs In a bowl, mix the ground pork, the panko and the eggs. Season with salt and pepper. In an oven safe pan, on medium-high heat, add a drizzle of oil. Form meatballs and cook in the pan for 2 minutes on each side. It's possible to make a few smaller balls so that children can have several, rather than a larger one. Remove from the pan and reserve.
3. Cook the onions In the same pan, cook the onions for 2-3 minutes. Add the dry orzo and season with salt and pepper.
4. Make the sauce In the same pan, add the garlic, the basil, the diced tomatoes and 1 2P | 1.5 3P cups of water. Bring to a boil and add the cream. Lower the heat and cook for 3-4 minutes.
5. Put in the oven Put the meatballs back in the pan and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cook in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
6. Plate your dish Serve the pork meatballs in rosée sauce. Bon appétit!
