1. Adjust the steps of the recipe for your childrenIf the kids don't want to mix everything up, you can cut the pita bread into wedges and let the kids choose the fillings. It is also possible to let them garnish their pita themselves.
2. SetupThinly slice the tomato, lettuce, onion and seitan. Cut the cucumber into cubes.
3. Cook the SeitanHeat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the seitan slices with the souvlaki spices2-3 minutes on each side until colored.
4. Plate your dishMix the lettuce with the cucumber, a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. Heat the pitas in the microwave for a few seconds to soften. Garnish with the seitan, tomato, onion and tzatziki. Serve the pitas with the salad. Bon appétit!
