Smoked Salmon Toast
Cut the cucumber and radish into small cubes. Chop the herbs and the garlic.
2. Cook the spinach
Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the spinach for 1 minute. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Set aside.
3. Make the salsa
Mix the cucumber with the radish and herbs in a bowl. Add a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.
4. Mix the cream cheese
Mix the cream cheese with the spices to taste.
5. Plate your dish
Toast the bread in a toaster. Spread the cream cheese and top with the spinach, smoked salmon and cucumber salsa. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bon appétit!
