1. SetupThinly slice the lettuce and cucumber. Chop the mint and garlic. Cut the chicken into strips.
2. Season the chickenMix the chicken with the souvlaki spices, garlic and half of the yogurt. Beware of cross-contamination. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cook the chickenHeat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken strips for 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.
4. Plate your dishGarnish the pita with the remaining yogurt, lettuce, chicken, cucumber and mint. Add lemon juice to taste. Make a side salad with the leftover vegetables. Place everything in the centre of the table and let everyone serve themselves and make their own pita. Bon appétit!
