Every year, it’s an unchanging ritual: the frenzy of the holiday season takes over me, and I must admit that it’s a moment I eagerly await. The reason? Holiday food holds a very special place in my gourmet heart. I dream of it all year long, imagining the flavours and textures that will brighten our festive tables. This year, at Cook it, we’ve concocted a range of recipes specially designed for these magical moments. The choice was difficult, but here are the dishes that particularly caught my attention for the menu of the week of December 10th.

Meat pie stromboli with ground veal, potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and homemade ketchup
