Beef, Basil and Peanut Noodles

with carrot, spinach and a sweet & spicy sauce with soy, plum and Sambal Oelek

1. Setup Peel and grate the carrot. Thinly slice the onion. Chop the garlic. Roughly chop the peanuts. Add to the sauce mixture 2 2P | 3 3P tbsp. of water and 1 tbsp. of sugar, to taste.
2. Cook the noodles Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles 3-4 minutes or until tender. Drain.
3. Cook the beef Warm up a drizzle of oil in a large pan, over medium-high heat. Cook the beef and the sesame oil for 3-4 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Add the garlic, the carrot, the spinach and the onion. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Plate your dish Add the cooked noodles and the sauce to the pan. Mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve and garnish with the basil and the peanuts. Bon appétit!
