1. SetupCut the brie cheese into thin strips. Cut the apple into pieces. Coarsely crush the walnuts.
2. Assemble the sandwichIn a pan, on medium heat, add one tbsp of butter. Place one slice of bread in the pan. Add a few pieces of the brie cheese and a big spoonful of the cranberry jam. Close the sandwich with a second slice of bread. Kids could participate to this step.
3. Cook the sandwichCook the sandwich 2-3 minutes on each side.
4. Plate your dishAdd the apples and the walnuts to the arugula. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Serve the brie and cranberry grilled cheese sandwich with the arugula salad. Bon appetit!
