Grilled Honey Shrimp Skewers

with grilled bread and a zucchini radish salad

1. Setup Cut the lemon into quarters. Cut the zucchini and the radishes into slices. Peel the shrimps and pat them dry.
2. Make the skewers Separate the spices equally in 2 bowls. Add the zucchini and radish to one of the bowls with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. In the other bowl, put the shrimps with the honey, the juice of half a lemon, a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. Mix and thread the shrimp onto the skewers.
3. Cook the vegetables Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the vegetables 2-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from the pan or grill and place in a bowl with the arugula. Season with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper at the final step. Add lemon juice to taste.
4. Cook the bread Butter or oil your slices of bread on both sides. Add the bread to the pan or grill and cook 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Set aside.
5. Cook the shrimp Add the shrimp skewers to the pan or grill. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side until browned or until the center of the shrimp is cooked.
6. Plate your dish Serve the shrimps with the salad and bread. Add lemon juice to taste. Bon appétit!
