with broccoli, carrot and cranberry salad

1. Setup Preheat the oven to 300°F. Chop the onion and garlic. Grate the carrots. Very thinly slice or chop the broccoli.
2. Cook the beef Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the onion and garlic 2-3 minutes. Add the beef and cook 3-4 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
3. Add the soup Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and the can of soup. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer 5-6 minutes.
4. Make the salad Meanwhile, toss the broccoli with the carrots, cranberries, a drizzle of oil, 1-2 tbsp. of cider or wine vinegar, 1 tsp of sugar, salt and pepper.
5. Stuff the buns Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Garnish with the beef mixture. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
6. Plate your dish Serve the buns with the salad. Bon appétit!
