Honey and Harissa Salmon

with rice and creamy broccoli salad

1. Cook the rice Preheat the oven to 375°F. Rinse the rice. Bring 1.5 2P | 2 3P cups of water to a boil in a pot. Pour the rice, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes over low heat.
2. Setup Cut the broccoli into very small pieces. Cut the lemon in half. Chop the dill and the shallot.
3. Cook the salmon In a bowl, combine the honey, the harissa paste and 1 2P | 2 3P tbsp. of olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and mix well. Spread the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush them with the harissa and honey mixture. Cook for 12-15 minutes.
4. Make the brocoli slaw In a bowl, combine the broccoli, the shallots, the dill, the sour cream and the juice of half a lemon. Mix well, season with salt, pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil.
5. Plate your dish Serve the salmon with the rice and the broccoli salad. Bon appétit!
