1. Adjust the steps of the recipe for your children To help your children discover and develop their taste buds, place all the ingredients in the centre of the table and present them as a topping bar. Set aside a small quantity of the sour cream as-is (with no added chipotle). Let everyone make their own tacos.
2. Setup Using a mandoline or cheese grater, finely shred the cabbage. Place in a bowl with some sugar, salt, pepper, a drizzle of oil and 1-2 tbsp. of cider or wine vinegar. Mix the sour cream and chipotle powder (to taste, spicy!) with 1-2 tbsp of water together. Cut the lime into wedges. Thinly slice the radishes. Peel the shrimp.
3. Brown the breadcrumbs (optionnal) Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the breadcrumbs and cook for 3-4 minutes until colored. Remove from the pan.
4. Cook the shrimp Add a drizzle of oil to the pan. Season the shrimp and cook 2 minutes on each side.
5. Plate your dish Heat the tortillas if desired. Garnish the tortillas with guacamole, red cabbage, shrimp, radishes, panko, cilantro and the sour cream mixture. Bon appétit!
