Smoked Salmon BLT Sandwich

with potato wedges

1. Setup Preheat the oven to 425°F. Thinly slice the tomato. Tear up a few leaves of lettuce. Cut the potatoes into quarters.
2. Make the fries Put the potato wedges on a sheet pan covered with baking paper. Add a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
3. Assemble Toast the bread in a toaster. Garnish the bread with the mayonnaise, smoked salmon, the lettuce and slices of tomatoes. Add salt and pepper. Close the sandwich. Cut the sandwich in half or into triangles.
4. Plate your dish Serve the sandwiches with the potato wedges. Bon appétit!
