Smoky Tofu Caesar Salad

with cherry tomatoes, carrot and an avocado sauce

1. Setup Crumble the tofu into medium sized pieces. Cut the cherry tomatoes in 2. Grate the carrot. Tear the lettuce with your hands.
2. Cook the tofu Mix the tofu with the spices and cornstarch. Add salt and pepper. Heat a generous drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the tofu for 5-6 minutes until crispy. Place on a paper towel.
3. Make the sauce Mix the guacamole with the sour cream, 1-2 tbsp of water, salt and pepper.
4. Plate your dish Mix all the vegetables with the tofu and the sauce. Serve and garnish with the grana padano. Serve each part of the meal family-style and let your children make their own plate. Bon appétit!
