Tomato, Cheese and Arugula Pizza

with homemade burrata and oregano crust

1. Setup Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cut the tomatoes in half. Tear the bocconcini cheese into very small pieces or chop finely. Finely chop the herbs.
2. Make the pizza dough On a work surface, add the flour and roll the pizza dough to make small pizzas or a large one. Transfer on a sheet pan with baking paper.
3. Cook the dough Brush the pizza dough with a drizzle of oil, the chopped herbs, parmesan, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until colored.
4. Prepare the burrata cheese Put the pieces of cheese in a bowl and add the cream. Mix together. Add salt to taste.
5. Season the tomatoes Season the tomatoes and arugula with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.
6. Plate your dish Top the pizza crust with the creamy burrata cheese, tomatoes, arugula and chili flakes to taste. Bon appétit!
