Two Mushroom Pizza

with mozzarella, Grana Padano and fresh oregano

1. Setup Preheat the oven to 425°F. Thinly slice the cremini mushrooms. Cut the shiitake mushrooms in 2. Chop the oregano.
2. Cook the mushrooms Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the mushrooms 3-4 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
3. Roll the dough Roll the pizza dough with the flour to the desired thickness. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Add a drizzle of oil, 3/4 of the oregano, salt and pepper on the pizza dough.
4. Garnish the dough Add the mozzarella to the pizzas. Garnish with the mushrooms and Grana Padano. Children can garnish part of the pizza. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
5. Plate your dish Serve the pizzas with the rest of oregano. Bon appétit!
