with broccoli, jalapeño pepper and cream cheese

1. Setup Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Chop the shallot, garlic and jalapeño pepper.
2. Cook the pasta Add the pasta to the pot of boiling water and cook 8-10 minutes until tender. Keep 1/4 2P | 1/3 3P cup of cooking water then drain.
3. Cook the broccoli Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan on medium high. Cook the shallot, broccoli and jalapeño pepper to taste (spicy!) 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and spices and cook 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the milk Add the flour, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add the oat milk and cooking water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, add the cream cheese and simmer until the cream cheese is melted.
5. Add the pasta Add the pasta to the pan and mix. Adjust seasoning to taste.
6. Plate your dish Serve the pasta. Bon appétit!
