Za'atar and Cumin Beef Meatballs

with tabbouleh, hummus, pine nuts and raisins

1. Setup Preheat the oven to 400°F. Chop the **parsley and onion**. Cut the **tomato** into small cubes.
2. Cook the meatballs Mix the **beef with the spices**, salt and pepper. ##It's possible to reduce spices for children and form smaller meatballs.## Make 3 meatballs per person. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for __12-15 minutes__.
3. Cook the couscous Bring a pot with **{{"2p": "1", "3p": "1.5"}} cups of water** to a boil. Pour in the **couscous** and cover. Remove from the heat and let the **couscous** absorb the liquid for __5-6 minutes__. Add the **tomatoes, onion, parsley**, a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper to the couscous.
4. Toast the nuts Heat a small skillet over medium-high heat. Roast the **nuts and raisins** for __3-4 minutes__.
5. Plate your dish Serve the **couscous with the meatballs and hummus**. Garnish with the **nuts, raisins** and a drizzle of oil to taste. Bon appétit!
