Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

with crudités, pita chips and homemade ranch sauce

1. Setup Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the celery and carrots into small sticks. Cut the pita bread into strips or triangles. Place the raw vegetables in a bowl of water until service.
2. Cook the meatballs Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Make 3-4 small meatballs per person. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for 14-16 minutes.
3. Bake the pita Place the pita on another small baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes until lightly browned.
4. Make the ranch sauce Mix the yogurt with the spices and 1-2 tbsp. of water. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Make the Buffalo sauce Put the Buffalo sauce, ketchup and 2 2P | 3 3P tbsp of butter in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat 3-5 minutes until the butter is melted. Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and mix.
6. Plate your dish Serve the meatballs with the crudités, pita chips and ranch sauce. Bon appétit!
