1. Setup Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the green onion.
2. Make the batter In a large bowl, combine the flour with the spices, the cornstarch, a pinch of salt and 1 2P | 1.5 3P cups of water. Add the cauliflower pieces** to the mixture and coat well.
3. Cook the cauliflower Fill the bottom of a pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Cook the cauliflower pieces in the oil for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until browned. Place on absorbent paper.
4. Plate your dish Heat the waffles in the microwave. Garnish with the cauliflower, the green onion and the maple syrup. Bon appétit!
