Chicken and Lime Fajitas

with yellow pepper, red onion and yogurt sauce

1. Setup Preheat the oven to 425°F. Chop the cilantro. Slice the onion. Cut the bell pepper into sticks. Cut the lime in half. On a separate board, cut the chicken into strips.
2. Cook the chicken In a bowl, combine the chicken, the spices, to taste (caution! spicy), the juice of half a lime and a drizzle of olive oil. It is possible to choose other spices for the children's portion. Season with salt and pepper, mix well. In a pan over medium-high heat, cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes
3. Cook the vegetables In the same pan as the chicken, add the onions and the peppers. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
4. Assemble and cook in the oven Spread the tortillas on a baking sheet. Divide the chicken and vegetable mixture onto the tortillas. Garnish with the cheese. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
5. Make the sauce In a bowl, combine the yogurt, the cilantro and the juice of half a lime. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
6. Plate your dish Serve the chicken fajitas. Garnish with the sauce. It is also possible to leave the garnishes in the center of the table and let everyone help themselves. Bon appétit!
