Chicken in Creamy Sun Dried Tomato Sauce

1. Setup Preheat the oven to 400 ° F. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and the garlic. Slice the zucchini. On a separate cutting boad, cut the chicken breasts in half, lenghtwise.
