Chinese Macaroni with Pork

with mushroom, miso and green onion

1. Cook the macaroni Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the pasta 9-10 minutes until tender. Reserve 3/4 2P | 1 3P cup of cooking liquid and drain. Whisk the cooking liquid with the sauce mix, half of the crumbled broth cube and flour.
2. Setup Mince the green onion and separate the white bottoms from the green tops. Thinly slice the mushrooms. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and slice thinly into half rounds. Chop the garlic.
3. Cook the vegetables Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the mushrooms, zucchini and white bottoms of the green onion for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. To respect the food preferences of your children, divide the vegetables among different bowls and let your children decide how much of each they want on their plate.
4. Add the pork Add the garlic and pork. Cook 4-5 minutes.
5. Add the pasta Add the cooked pasta and sauce. Cook 2-3 minutes. Season with pepper.
6. Plate your dish Serve the pasta in a bowl and garnish with the remaining green onion. Place everything in the centre of the table and let everyone serve themselves. Bon appétit!
