Creamy Chicken Casserole

with broccoli, croutons and mozzarella cheese

1. Setup Preheat the oven to 350°F. Chop the onion. Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Cut the chicken into cubes. Slice the bread into croutons.
2. Cook the chicken Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken, onion and broccoli 3-4 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked. Season generously with salt and pepper.
3. Add the cream Add the flour and mix. Add the cream, mix and remove from the heat. Add a little bit of milk if needed.
4. Bake in the oven Transfer everything to a baking dish. Top with the slices of bread and the cheese. If desired, drizzle some melted butter on the bread. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes. For kids, it's possible to make some croutons with cheese on the side to make it easier to eat.
5. Plate your dish Serve in a plate. Bon appétit!
