1. Setup
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Chop the garlic and the dill. Slice the pickle.
2. Make the béchamel sauce
In a pot over medium heat, melt 3 2P | 4 3P tbsp of butter and add the garlic and half of the flour. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add the milk and bring to a boil. Mix until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Make the pizza dough
On a floured work surface, roll the pizza dough to make 1-2 small pizzas per person.
4. Assemble and cook in the oven
Spread the béchamel sauce over the pizzas. Garnish with the mozzarella and the pickle slices. Drizzle the edges of the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with the spice mixture. Cook in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
5. Plate your dish
Serve the white pizza and garnish with the dill. Bon appétit!
