Ginger Beef Stir Fry

with bell pepper, bok choy and basil

1. Cook the rice Rinse the rice. Bring 1.5 2P | 2 3P cups of water to a boil in a pot. Add the rice, cover and cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes.
2. Setup Mince the bok choy and basil. Chop the garlic and ginger. Cut the pepper into thin strips. Put the garlic, honey, sauce and ginger in a bowl and mix. Add 3 2P | 4 3P tbsp. of water.
3. Cook the vegetables Add a drizzle of oil to a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the pepper 3-4 minutes. Add the bok choy and cook 2 minutes.
4. Cook the meat Add the beef strips and sauce to the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Plate your dish Serve the steak strips and vegetables on the rice and garnish with the basil. Place everything in the centre of the table and let everyone serve themselves. Bon appétit!
