with celery, mayo, chives and plain chips

1. Setup Cut the celery into small cubes. Mince the chives. Chop the parsley. Cut the lemon into wedges. Drain the lobster and chop into smaller pieces if you want.
2. Mix the lobster Mix the lobster meat with the mayonnaise, juice of half a lemon, celery and herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Toast the buns Melt 4 2P | 6 3P tbsp. of butter and the garlic in a small bowl in the microwave. Brush the buns with the melted butter. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the buns on the butter side for about 1-2 minutes until browned.
4. Plate your dish Garnish the buns with the lettuce and the lobster. Serve with the chips. Bon appétit!
