One pot of sausage and potatoes

with bell pepper, onion, parmesan and italian spices

1. Setup Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Chop the parsley and the garlic. Thinly slice the onion and the pepper. Thinly slice the sausages.
2. Cook the potatoes Heat a generous drizzle of oil in a pan over high heat. Cook the potatoes 5-6 minutes. Cover and cook 6-8 minutes over medium low heat. Add salt and pepper. Remove the potatoes from the pan.
3. Cook the sausages Add the sausages, onion, pepper, garlic and spices to the pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes over medium high heat or until the sausages are cooked through. Add salt and pepper.
4. Plate your dish Put the potatoes back in the pan and cook 1-2 minutes to reheat. Serve and garnish with the parmesan and the parsley. It is possible to leave everything in the center of the table and let everyone help themselves. Bon appétit!
