1. Setup Preheat the oven to 400 ° F. Zest the orange. Chop the garlic and the ginger. Cut the potatoes into sticks.

4. Cook the ribs On the same baking sheet as the fries, when it time to turn them, add the ribs. Brush both sides with the sauce. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
