1. Setup
Preheat the oven to 400 ° F. Zest the orange. Chop the garlic and the ginger. Cut the potatoes into sticks.
2. Make the fries
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil. Salt and pepper and bake for 30-35 minutes. Halfway through the cooking, turn the fries, and, at the same time, add the ribs.
3. Make the sauce

4. Cook the ribs
On the same baking sheet as the fries, when it time to turn them, add the ribs. Brush both sides with the sauce. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
5. Make the coleslaw

6. Plate your dish
