1. For the masters of the BBQUnless stated otherwise, follow the same instructions for the original recipe. Preheat the grill, setting the burners to medium-high. Oil the grate. Cut the vegetables into big pieces and cook directly on the grate or cook the vegetables and the naan breads on a specialized baking sheet for the barbecue.
2. SetupPreheat the oven to 425°F. Cut the carrot(s) into thin sticks. Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Cut the pepper into strips. Thinly slice the onion.
3. Roast the vegetablesPut the vegetables on a sheet pan lined with baking paper. Mix with a drizzle of oil, the spices to taste and some salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 18-22 minutes. Warm the bread for 1-2 minutes in the oven if desired.
