Roasted Vegetable Hummus Bowl

with feta cheese and naan bread

1. For the masters of the BBQ Unless stated otherwise, follow the same instructions for the original recipe. Preheat the grill, setting the burners to medium-high. Oil the grate. Cut the vegetables into big pieces and cook directly on the grate or cook the vegetables and the naan breads on a specialized baking sheet for the barbecue.
2. Setup Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cut the carrot(s) into thin sticks. Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Cut the pepper into strips. Thinly slice the onion.
3. Roast the vegetables Put the vegetables on a sheet pan lined with baking paper. Mix with a drizzle of oil, the spices to taste and some salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 18-22 minutes. Warm the bread for 1-2 minutes in the oven if desired.
