1. Cook the potatoes Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Place in a pot and fill with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook 12-15 minutes until tender. Drain and mash with butter and milk to taste. Add salt and pepper. Keep warm.
2. Setup Thinly slice the onion and the mushrooms. Chop the garlic. Put the demi-glace in 1 2P | 1.5 3P cups of water.
3. Cook the patties Mix together the ground beef with the steak spices, salt and pepper. Make 1 patty per person. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan.
4. Cook the vegetables Add the onion, mushrooms and garlic to the pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Add the demi-glace and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium, put the patties back in the pan and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
5. Cook the peas Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Cook the green peas 1-2 minutes. Drain. Mix with butter to taste, salt and pepper
6. Plate your dish Serve the patties with the sauce, the mashed potatoes and the peas. For some kids, mushrooms are not attractive. Il may take several expositions before they want to give them a taste, but don't give up, they can smell them, touch them and even cook them themselves. Bon appétit!
