Shrimp and Garlic Udon Noodles

with bok choy and oyster sauce

1. Setup Chop the green onions and the garlic. Slice the onion. Cut the bok choy into pieces.
2. Cook the udon noodles Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the udon noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain and reserve.
3. Cook the shrimp In a skillet over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove and reserve.
4. Cook the vegetables In the same pan, add the onions and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the bok choy and cook for 3-4 minutes.
5. Assemble In a bowl, combine the oyster sauce, the soy sauce, the garlic, the chili flakes, to taste (caution! Spicy) and 1 tbsp of rice vinegar. In the pan with the vegetables, add the noodles, the shrimp and the sauce and mix well.
6. Plate your dish Serve the shrimp udon noodles. Garnish with the green onions. Bon appétit!
