Snack Bar All-Dressed Cheeseburger

with ranch sauce, mustard, pickle and sweet potato fries

1. Cook the fries Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cut the sweet potatoes into fries. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Add a light drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until browned. Salt the fries again when they come out of the oven, if desired.
2. Setup Slice the tomato into rings. Tear up a few lettuce leaves. Thinly slice the pickle.
3. Make the ranch sauce Put the sour cream in a bowl with the spice mix to taste and 1-2 tbsp. of water. Mix.
4. Cook the beef patties Add salt and pepper to the meat. Make 1 patty per person. Heat up a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Flatten the patties and cook 4-5 minutes on each side or until the center is cooked. Add the cheese slices on the patties and cover. Turn off the heat and let the cheese melt for about 2 minutes.
5. Assembler the burger Heat up the buns for 2-3 minutes in the oven, if desired. Garnish with the ranch sauce, the lettuce, the beef patty, the mustard, the pickle and the tomato.
6. Plate your dish Serve the burger with the fries. Bon appétit!
