Asian Style Tofu Noodles

with cabbage, carrots, eggs and sambal oelek

1. Setup Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cut the tofu into cubes. Cut the carrot into sticks. Chop the garlicand the green onions. Slice the onion.
2. Cook the noodles Cook the noodles 1 minutes until tender. Drain.
3. Make the sauce In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, the curry powder, the ketchup, the garlic, the sambal oelek, to taste (be careful! spicy), 2 2P | 3 3P tbsp of sugar and 2 2P | 3 3P tbsp of water. It's possible the reserve the sambal oelek for service.
4. Cook the tofu and the eggs In a pan over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of vegetable oil. Cook the tofu 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove and reserve. In the same pan, add the eggs, spread in a thin layer and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove, roll and cut to make strips.
5. Assemble In the same pan, cook the carrots, the cabbage and the yellow onion for 3-4 minutes. Add the tofu, the eggs, the noodles and the sauce. Mix well.
6. Plate your dish Serve the mee goreng noodles. Garnish with the green onions. Bon appétit!
