1. SetupPreheat the oven to 425°F. Slice the sausages diagonally. Cut the lemon into wedges. Thinly slice the basil or leave the leaves whole.
2. Bake in the ovenPut the gnocchi in a bowl with the cherry tomatoes, spices, a generous drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. Mix well and put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Add the slices of sausage to the sheet pan. Bake in the oven for 16-20 minutes.
3. Add the spinachRemove the pan from the oven, add the spinach and mix.
4. Plate your dishServe the gnocchi mixed with the vegetables and garnish with a drizzle of oil, lemon juice to taste and the basil. You can also let the children help themselves to their fill to develop their autonomy. Bon appétit!
